Summary: In this role, you will support the Services Center of Excellence Knowledge Management capability by assisting with practices, processes, standards, and tools to capture and share delivery-related knowledge to be used across our matrixed operating organization. You will support the knowledge management methodology to help promote and advance its success in becoming part of the DNA for Vizient services. You will role model knowledge management best practices, tools, and ways of working, taking ownership for the transformational change we want to create. Responsibilities: Assists with the development, implementation and sustainment of KM strategies, governance, processes, and standards across various teams, workflows and tools. Works with multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams to coordinate and support simultaneous KM projects within appropriate time frames. Supports knowledge management technology, including new knowledge creation, moderation support, and categorization/taxonomy work to organize and share content. Assists with monitoring, compilation, and reporting of key performance indicators. Creates and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), single point lessons, training videos and other materials for multi-faceted business needs, with supervision. Participates in trainings and knowledge capture/sharing events. Monitors and triages internal KM mailbox and provides timely and excellent customer support to internal clients. Manages monthly end of engagement survey process and monitors for improvements. Edits and proofreads materials for brand, voice, style, audience, and other business considerations. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 2 or more years of relevant experience required. Functional and technical experience with knowledge management tools preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft platform (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proven ability to interact with internal clients and foster relationships with employees at various levels of an organization. Experience managing simultaneous tasks and meeting deliverables with superior attention to detail and minimal error. Excellent verbal and written skills. Understanding and application of AP Style preferred. Must provide writing samples and portfolio demonstrating past work.
