Summary: In this role, you will manage the operations for components of the overall assurance core tenet program that amplifies the organizational value to the provider and supplier communities. You will promote internal and external program optimization through analytics, marketing, and sales enablement to deliver provider and supplier value. Responsibilities: Manage program’s overarching structure, processes, and procedures to accomplish objectives. Support the interpretation of the data relative to the performance of products, services, and solutions against stakeholder needs / expectations. Support in the management of member / supplier assurance issues, and ad hoc requests. Utilize resources to develop reports and tools to track operational efficiency and monitor program goal achievement (e.g., supplier participation, member adoption, cross core tenet alignment, etc.). Collaborate with marketing and sales tools to message the value of the products and services to internal and external customers. Build understanding of current business processes, objectives, and challenges to suggest solutions and improvements. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 2 or more years of relevant experience required. Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas skills required. Experience in healthcare, contracting, negotiating, or sales is preferred. Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to and facilitating senior management. Willingness to travel.
