Summary: In this role, you will develop go-to-market and strategic plans with cross functional units, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor performance metrics, build/grow revenue, and increase market share. You will bring excellent quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills and an ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into viable strategies, and deliver actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities: Research and identify opportunities for new value propositions and new capabilities. Partner with management to facilitate thought leaders/panel meetings to gather stakeholder (provider, supplier, internal) feedback, including but not limited to, strategy discussions, best practices, and enhancements/innovation. Develop an understanding of trends in healthcare (e.g., utilization impacting current and future demand, needs for innovative technology, shifts in sites of care) across categories. Conduct meetings with internal stakeholders to refine/create/enhance standard operating procedures, tools/dashboards/reporting, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct operational improvement work sessions leveraging lean methodology (i.e., Kaizen, RPIW, etc.) Conduct research into provider, supplier and market trends and develop commercialization and growth strategies. Respond to ad hoc project/process improvement needs and facilitate the creation of necessary trackers/dashboards (optimization dashboard). Identify new opportunities within all classes of trade across acute and non-acute space. Track and report key performance indicators to measure process and outcomes/performance against objectives. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. 5 or more years of relevant experience required. Experience in business development preferred. Healthcare, supply chain, purchasing, consulting, strategy, and/or materials management experience preferred. Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills. Ability to analyze, interpret and present data. Willingness to travel. Estimated Hiring Range: $88,900.00 - $132,250.00 This position is also incentive eligible.
