Because in the end, Deckers thrives when our people thrive. Be the coordinator of both the Deckers and agency Temp employees during training. Create and allocate any materials and training processes based on function. Must be able to oversee progress from beginning to end with new agency temp or Deckers employees. Apply visual, audio, or kinesthetic styles training to ensure employee captures information. Classroom and hands-on training on RF gun, functions, Oracle, HJ equipment use validation through Raymond. To conduct and coordinate all exempt and non-exempt orientations. Must be able to follow the curriculum for newly promoted supervisors and managers. Will be developing and updating new material as needed. Will be required to document all training and completed training for HR purposes and credit for validating purposes through HighJump. Where standards become “loose” or a new method is introduce to help make the function of the job more effective it is the responsibility of the trainer to create, update, and document to the training materials so that employees are educated on the most recent information and don’t become impacted. The trainer will occasionally (through-out the year) participate in cross function coverage in the event support is needed. Must understand and be able to provide instructions in all DC functions and assist with visual Q’s and training materials.
