Purpose of the Role & Formula for Success: You will report to the Associate Director of Human Resources (HR) IDS. It is an opportunity to work in a highly motivated team and work on projects and systems that span all of Lilly’s organization. Remain constantly curious and continually educate yourself on the technologies related to this role to ensure the current and future success of your business partners, teammates and yourself. Bring to bear your technological knowledge to build and design processes to ensure the on-time delivery of projects. Use your soft skills (relationship building, excellent communication) to influence business decisions, products, vendors, technologies we use to ensure the success of the HR IDS team. The successful candidate will hold themselves to the highest standard of Integrity, honesty, trustworthiness and won’t be shy about speaking up when you disagree. Your desire to maintain a high level of quality will shine through to ensure that processes and quality practices are being followed. Basic Qualification: BA/BS Degree or equivalent industry experience. 1-2 years experience working with a range of technologies, platforms, or infrastructure architecture.
