Juvee is looking for an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to join our small but nimble team. The successful candidate will be passionate about marketing trends and thrive in a scrappy, high-energy, fluid environment that enjoys working in a fun environment to bring more people to discover our creative experiences and product. The marketing manager will oversee the winning execution of all our marketing actions, partnerships, creators, and campaigns. We are a fast-paced environment, looking to optimize our marketing execution and set the groundwork to enhance the team’s capabilities in the future.
Requirements
- 7 years of product, program, and creative development experience from concept to completion in the interactive entertainment or beverage industries
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams in a highly fast-paced or start-up environment
- Proven success against complex and large-scale projects with multiple co-dependencies and stakeholders
- A passion for creative marketing innovation and acting with a challenger mindset
- Understanding of the current gaming landscape from publishers, creators, esports, and events
- Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple skill sets, including brand management, PR, user acquisition, social media, and influencer marketing
- Knowledge of community management, viral channels, and how to execute marketing on growth platforms
- A self-sufficient and entrepreneurial individual who can work independently and scale a business in line with Juvee’s vision and goals
Responsibilities
- Establish consistent marketing activations aligned with the overall mission of achieving company goals
- Build meaningful relationships with a wide range of content creators and have an eye for up-and-coming creators
- Leverage insights and data to support marketing initiatives
- Identify and evaluate potential service providers, and manage external vendor relationships when necessary
- Drive best-in-class, innovative marketing asset creation with partners, managing stakeholder feedback with deadlines
- With a focus on ROI, manage the marketing campaign budgets and track/analyze each campaign
- Accountable for accurately delivering against campaign goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables to ensure they are achieved on schedule and strategy
- Hold retrospectives, gathering feedback from the project team and action to improve ongoing projects

The Legal Stuff
Our targeted compensation rate for this full-time position based in Culver City, California, is between $80,000 and $120,000, depending on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, and alignment with market data.
