Project Specialist

Project Specialist Job Location: Westminster, CO; Dayton, OH; or Remote Our Department: Global Services Have you ever wanted to do project coordination for global projects, working with colleagues from around the world? What You Will Do You will work with internal subject matter experts from marketing, sales, legal and project management as well as external partners to globally roll out an existing North American program. In addition to managing the project timeline and progress against deliverables both before and after roll out, you will document Trimble’s obligations to establish a written record. The product you will work on is in a regulated industry, so attention to detail is crucial. Create project plan to track progress against objectives Create and maintain project documentation and deliverables Assist in performance management, particularly in the early stages of program implementation Due to the global nature of this project, some meetings may be outside normal business hours. Time flexibility is needed. What Skills & Experience You Should Bring 2 years of project management experience Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and document version control Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Google Workspace products helpful About Your Location This position can be located in the following locations: Westminster, CO Dayton, OH Remote, USA Travel to a Trimble office may occasionally be required.
