Job Description: As a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Epiq, you will assume a leading role within our global talent acquisition team, driving the recruitment efforts for a diverse range of corporate and professional services positions across our organization. Your experience and expertise will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to contribute to our ongoing success. This senior-level position requires a strategic mindset, constant curiosity, and the ability to partner effectively with business leaders to craft innovative and impactful recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and specialized industry platforms. Partnership with Business Leaders: Collaborate closely with senior hiring managers, up to Executive level, to gain a deep understanding of their talent needs and work together to develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Innovative Talent Acquisition: Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge recruitment approaches to ensure a diverse and dynamic candidate pipeline. Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to enhance the recruitment process. Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth intake meetings that translate into effective candidate assessments, including interviews and skills evaluations to ensure the selection of top-tier talent. Champion Diversity and Inclusion: Actively seek out underrepresented talent and drive diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, advocating for diversity in candidate pools. Data-Driven Recruitment: Leverage data and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Enhance Employer Brand: Play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our employer brand as an employer of choice and showcasing our unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion in all recruitment efforts. Promote evangelization of our brand across internal and external networks. Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial application to onboarding, cultivating a robust talent community. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven track record as a Senior Corporate Recruiter or in a similar senior-level role, preferably within the legal and/or professional services industry. Demonstrated ability to strategize and influence leadership at all levels to achieve successful hiring outcomes. Deep understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and the ability to effectively implement them in recruitment strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Mastery in becoming a company brand ambassador and adept at building internal and external networks engaged with our company's job openings. Innovative mindset with an insatiable curiosity for exploring novel recruitment techniques. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems, particularly Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter. Candidates based in California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York or Washington: The Compensation range for this role is 67,482.90 - 134,965.20 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
