Department Overview Motorola Solutions Cybersecurity Services provides comprehensive solutions that enable organizations to deploy mission critical systems that are resilient to cyber attacks. This position is with the ActiveEye team that builds and operates an advanced security management platform to deliver Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Attack Surface Management capabilities. The solution includes a globally deployed advanced technology platform and several 24x7x365 Security Operations Centers located around the world. The product development team is a fast paced group leveraging modern tools to rapidly deploy new functionality in the SaaS platform. Job Description Engage with Customers post-sale to drive user adoption and satisfaction, ensuring high Customer retention. Forge highly effective customer partnerships and establish a trusted advisor/strategic partner relationship with target accounts. Work with targeted Customers to develop a proactive individual Customer Success Plan including establishing critical goals and key performance indicators. Strong negotiation skills to position new and renewal solutions Creativity to identify innovative solutions to meet customer needs Strong communication skills to communicate value and technology messages to customers at different organizational levels Basic Requirements 5 years in cybersecurity sales, technical sales or customer success Strong working knowledge of Cybersecurity to to have consultative conversations with CIO and CISO of mid-size enterprises Vaccine Requirement Motorola Solutions has implemented a voluntary COVID-19 vaccination policy.
