ADI is seeking a Sr. Payroll Associate at our corporate headquarters in Wilmington, MA. This will be the primary work location for this position (3 days in office 2 days remote). This position will be part of a payroll team that consists of 9 payroll team members who prepare and process payroll for 7000 U.S. employees in 25 states. This position will be responsible for working with Multi State tax filings, amendments as well as auditing payrolls. This position will work closely and collaboratively with payroll team members as well as other departments, including HR and Information Technologies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Candidate will assist in the day-to-day reporting, audit and data comparisons of payroll related documents (registers, Masterfile, HR Date) for US Payroll. This position will also assist with the processing of US payroll, using ADP GlobalView. In addition, assist with timekeeping processing and, maintenance using UGH Dimensions as well ask Auto Time. In addition, this position may be a contributing member of several process improvement projects. This position requires someone who is: Profecient in SAP Payroll Knowledgable in configuring payroll reporting in SAP payroll A Team player Detail oriented and organized Driven to meet deadlines Motivated with a stron work ethic Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects Customer service oriented Quality focused Able to handle confidential infomation in a mauter and professional manner Solutions-oriented with great proble solving skills Flexible for periodic trave needs Required Qualification and Competencies: Bachelor’s degree or higher Minimum of 3-5 years progressive payroll end to end processing experience Familiar with continuous improvement environments and root cause analysis Payroll reporting/analytics Knowledge, skill and Abilities: Data comparison and validation Proficient in MS Excel-Pivots, V-look ups, macros UKG Dimensions, Auto-Time or Kronos WorkForce Central experience Highly organized and detail-oriented, with an emphasis on quality Ability to prioritize and manage tasks to completion Solutions-oriented with effective problem -solving skills Excelent customer service skills with emphasis on customer satisfaction Professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to think outside of the box and identify methods of streamlining processes and increse efficiency Reconcileiation and audit experience is preferred Works with a sense of urgency and is proactive-Keeps on top of action item owners to complete tasks Intolerant of recurring problems- Digs deep to find the root cause and fixes the problem Successul cnaidate will be self-directed and have a high acumen of learning on the fly Ability to work long days during peak periods required Ability for business travel as needed Proficient in SAP payroll Knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce a plus For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
