Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate up to 50 team members. Oversee guest experience and resolve issues in a professional manner. Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation. Train and manage front of house personnel. Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs. Adhere to all policies and procedures for 110 Grill. Qualifications: Previous experience working in hospitality.
