Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hospice team that services the hospitals with the manager, providing support and guidance to each staff member. He/She identifies system problems, facilitates problem-solving, prepares recommendations and routes information to the Manager. The Clinical Leader makes clinical and management decisions associated with the patients and families serviced through the mobile unit and Community Outreach office.Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree (Required)RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing, RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of NursingLicensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio; Knowledge of staff development, continuous improvement process, and hospice regulations
