Job Description: Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized student seeking a challenging and rewarding internship opportunity in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Care Internship will provide the opportunity to gain practical business knowledge and cross train with various Business Partner Services Department roles: Cambria Customer Care, Inside Sales, Regional Product Representatives, In Home Sales Lead Development and Quality Assurance. This internship will operate M-F 8a-5p. Roles & Responsibilities Provide superior service to our business partners and customers by seeking and understanding the needs and expectations of internal and external customers Develop and maintain positive customer relations and work cross functionally within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner Develop and maintain positive relations with a team and have the ability to work independently Thoroughly document customer interactions in a timely manner Work closely with business partners and customers to enter and verify a variety of Cambria product orders Manage an assigned project that will be designed to add value to the business and will culminate in a final presentation to our leadership team Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications & Skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and active listening skills Strong critical thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills Demonstrate a positive attitude as well as an engaged, enthusiastic culture Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting High level of attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly and multitask Experience working with multiple computer monitors and reference point Minimum Requirements: Education: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited university. Junior or Senior status preferred.
