Leasing Consultant - Multi-property: Woodland Village & Woodland Crossing Apartments
Pay rate: $ 21.00 hourly benefits 30% off rent if interested in living on-site.

The Leasing Consultant supports the leasing operations and financial performance of an assigned apartment community for 11Residential.
Responsibilities
- Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals
- Greet, interact and qualify prospective residents
- Initiate the process to screen prospective residents
- Secure lease agreements
- Conduct community tours, show apartment homes and process applications
- Follow-up with future and new residents to ensure satisfaction finalize leasing decisions
- Respond quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions
- Communicate lease expirations and facilitate lease renewals
- Ensure physically appealing models/amenities
- Assist with property marketing activities and resident events
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or leasing
- Knowledge of apartment management laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- High school diploma/GED, Bachelor’s degree plus
