Job Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive monthly RN oversight assessments per regulatory and company standards
- Perform medication reviews, assessments, and certifications as needed
- Occasionally accompany individuals to medical appointments for support and information gathering
- Complete accurate and timely monthly documentation
- Maintain and review medication orders, ensuring proper administration
- Build and update Medication Administration Records (MAR)
- Ensure compliance with HRST, state requirements, and DMH guidelines
- Collaborate with doctors, managers, and staff for current orders and protocols
- Provide training on equipment usage, medication administration, and staff delegation
- Maintain accurate billing notes
- Perform other duties as needed
- Pass a Family Care Safety Registry screening
- Perform physical requirements, including lifting and assisting individuals
- Possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification or higher nursing credential
- Complete relevant training classes and certifications
