Education/Experience:
Associates in Human Resource Management. Minimum of 3 years in an HR Generalist position in a factory or manufacturing environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required: Excellent oral and written communication skills, computer literate, and ability to maintain accurate records. Recruiting, benefits, associate relations and training experience
Preffered: PHR (Professional in Human Resources)
Required Training:
Minimum required training: Orientation and safety training.

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinate background checks and drug screens.
- Conduct new hire orientation by training and coaching all associates on company policies and procedures.
- Track Equal Employment Opportunity information and applicant sources.
- Conduct I-9 and Visa audits.
- Perform benefit administration.
- Organize and administer the COBRA process.
- Organize the annual associate benefit re-enrollment process.
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all associates
- Maintains absentee records and prepares appropriate disciplinary forms.
- Monitor calls to the Attendance Hotline and communicate call-offs to supervisors.
- Create personnel files. and file in appropriate location and make sure files are in compliance.
- Make updates to the Paycor HRIS system.
- All other duties assigned by management.
