As a valued member of the US Expert Marketing team, you will make Haleon brands the first choice among Experts, resulting in compelling recommendations of Haleon brands by HCPs to their patients, and thereby increasing sales and enhancing brand equity. Haleon US Marketing is creating a new digital content role within the Expert Marketing organization that will help deliver our digital transformational journey. As a Digital Content Associate, you will be responsible for optimizing and deploying engaging content across multiple channels in line with digital KPIs to drive meaningful Expert growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and the ability to think strategically, creatively and analytically. These responsibilities include some of the following: Lead the coordination, development and execution of best-in-class branded and above-brand content across key US Expert digital marketing channels, with a focus on our owned eCRM and website activations Collaborate with internal and external teams to create video, audio, imagery, infographic and written content that reaches and engages HCPs while supporting SEO strategy and UX best practices; mine and curate/repurpose content from across markets and teams to maximize efficiencies in content creation Manage multiple projects, content workflows and timelines with key US & global stakeholders Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional and Inter-Agency-Team digital workstreams Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to demonstrate success, analyze content performance, identify trends, and areas for optimization Help to shape and support our Test & Learn strategy across digital activations Foster creativity and innovation by staying on top of emerging trends & topics and brainstorming new opportunities that can improve our organic growth and user engagement Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s Degree 5 years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing, brand building, and communications. Strong digital marketing technology knowledge and experience (a thorough understanding of website information architecture, CMS functions, web development life cycle and digital best practices for an omnichannel world, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Advanced knowledge, understanding of, and experience with digital media platforms, content management systems and digital analytics tagging requirements Experience with and understanding of SEO principles and application to content Highly detail-oriented and organized Ability to build strong cross functional working relationships Strategic, analytic and structured thinking ability Clear communicator who can turn complex topics into compelling stories and align them with business objectives Creative visual storytelling skills Excellent writing abilities Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: MBA Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
