· Treat customers as the biggest priority;
· Assist other servers in recovery of unsatisfied guests;
· Be personable with guests to ensure satisfaction, show appreciation, create relationships & encourage promotion of the Lost Cajun Florence; and
· Provide customers with warm & pleasant greetings, service, payment processing & farewells.
