Requirements: Ability to sit at a desk in an office setting throughout the shift making a high volume of outbound calls of 100 daily on delinquent accounts. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS!
- 1 years of collection experience preferred in auto loans
- Strong work ethic with high integrity, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Dependable and prompt in arriving to work on time.
- Demonstrate positivity, courtesy, and helpfulness when communicating with every customer.
- Create a positive customer experience by identifying their issues and offering practical payment solutions that help to get the account to a current status.
- Assertive and well-spoken yet compassionate negotiators who are dependable, service-minded, and results-oriented.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally, tactfully, and with poise in demanding situations.
- Proficient in conflict resolutions and negotiations
- Resolve complex collections escalations independently
- Strong, respectful negotiation skills with customers to arrive at the best resolution for the customer and the company.
- Ability to maintain a current workflow daily by completing your queue.
- Develop workable payment solutions that will bring the accounts to a current status by qualifying it with paydays.
- Experience in skip-tracing is preferred but not required
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately, timely, and completely
- Ability to prioritize and organize workflow and procedures while exercising judgment and discretion in problem situations.
- Working knowledge and understating of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Acts (FDCPA)
Must Have: Negotiation Skills, Positive Customer Service Skills, Phone Etiquette
