The Wright Inn in Asheville, NC is looking for a kitchen assistant to work with the owner/chef. We are located at 235 Pearson Drive in Asheville. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, works well as a team member and reliable. Hours are 7:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Assist cooking dishes to business standards
- Prep ingredients for next day breakfast use
- Assist plating dishes
- Clean up after breakfast service
Qualifications
- Kitchen experience
- Able to work independently
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- ServeSafe is a plus
