This role involves a diverse range of tasks, from reception and mail center operations to conference room support and office moves.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Support office services with daily duties such as reception, copy/print production, mail center operations, conference room support, and kitchen /pantry hospitality
- Ability to understand customer goals and initiatives as well as anticipate needs
- Assist with mail / package sort and delivery to recipients. Shipping and receiving duties
- Support office moves via packing and moving of furniture and boxes
- Assist with the fulfillment of copy / print request needs
- Backfill coworkers during lunches, breaks, scheduled and unscheduled absences
- Offer suggestions for process improvements to operation’s procedures during account coverage
- Assist with office supply and copier consumable (toner, staples, etc.) management
- Perform daily inspection and touch point service of copier equipment
- Manage conference room setups & breakdowns – chairs, easels, assist with all tasks associated with events management, etc.
- Assist with maintaining conference space
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED
- College Degree
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to understand customer concerns and anticipate customer needs
- Written and oral Communication skills
- Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
