The Ideal candidate has:
- Outside B2B sales experience - ideally 2 years.
- Entrepreneurial background.
- Ability to make 1,000-2,400 in-person cold calls in the first year.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Contractual commitment to partner with us full-time as a W2 employee (no sidelines or concurrent jobs without written permission).
A successful candidate can achieve:
- 1st year income up to $100,000
- 401K, healthcare benefits.
- Classroom & field training, paid online training.
- Ability to recruit and train others as a Sales Manager.
