Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team in Springdale, AR. This pivotal role involves providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will play a critical role in fostering a productive work environment and overseeing a variety of administrative duties for the CTO and potentially one to three other employees.
Executive Assistance:
· Manage and maintain the CTO’s schedule, including coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
· Act as a primary point of contact between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders.
· Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
· Coordinate and assist with executive team projects and initiatives.
· Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
· Occasionally assist the CTO with personal tasks.
Office Management:
· Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
· Manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.
· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
· Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and functions.
· Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming office environment.
