What are the responsibilities and job description for the Permitting Assistant position at 1st Light Sales Corp.?
- Provide administrative support to the Team (Operations, Permitting, Inspections)
- Submit and process approved permits
- Act as liaison with staff and managers to facilitate flow of information
- Confidently assist in other task as need within the organization
- Interact with building departments and inspectors to address quality/documentation concerns
- Assist Team with any and all inquiries
- Independently prepare and distribute requested data
- Compose correspondence, reports and other documents
- Responsible for special projects as directed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Extreme attention to detail is a must
- Work experience in construction industry permitting is preferred
- Assessments must be completed. Resumes that are submitted without Assessments being completed will not be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
