SUMMARY
1st Solar seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers. Your primary goal will be to educate potential clients about the benefits of solar energy and help them make informed decisions about their energy needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the face of 1st Solar in a designated partner retail store, where you will make a significant impact on potential customers. Impact is made by building relationships, building excitement for our products, and educating potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments and building the 1st Solar customer base. Your focus on each person you meet is to influence and impact them in a positive manner. Qualifications/How You Will Be Successful:

- Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings and some holiday shifts. This schedule is optimized for your sales success and earning potential.
- Access to reliable transportation to support a multi-store territory zone within 15-30 mile radius.
- At least two years of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Significant comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications.

Our average sale provides over $4,000 in commissions. If you only did one sale per week your annual income would be $204,000.
