Job Summary: Job Description: Responsibilities: We're seeking an Aquatics Program Manager to join our team. As our new Aquatics Program Manager you will: Schedule and supervise lifeguards Instruct 10 to 15 hours a week of Aquatics Classes/Private Sessions/Swim Lessons Lifeguard as needed Be involved in an ongoing program and evaluation process to determine the relevancy of existing programs and the development of new offerings Be involved in development of Special Event programming and annual department objectives, including Kid's Camp pool coverage Work with the Aquatics Staff in creating and maintaining uniform standards Practices good judgment in organizing and maintaining a safe and effective aquatic environment with respect to leading part time Aquatics Staff in their role Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Supervision of Facilities Regular monitoring of the Aquatics Centers to assure the safety of all users, diagnose potential problems, setting of high standards for cleanliness and appearance and regulate appropriate use of facilities Working with the Assistant General Manager to assure appropriate coverage during all operating hours Working closely with the Aquatics Manager and the Building Facility Managers to ensure quality of the Aquatics Centers and most especially our pool temperature and air quality Implement systems that assure inventory and supplies are available for proper functioning of facilities (i.e. pool chemistry, testing equipment, lane line, kickboards, bar bells etc.) Other duties as assigned To prevent the infection and spread of COVID-19, and as an integral part of its public health and safety measures, EXOS requires that all successful applicants shall be required to show proof of full vaccination by an FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine before beginning employment, unless an exemption from this policy has been granted as an accommodation or otherwise.
