20/Twenty Eyecare is currently looking for a receptionist who is eager to grow and learn the world of eye care and eyewear. We are looking for candidates that have true passion for customer service and who can provide one of kind experiences. Our optical boutique showcases designs from independent eye wear lines of the highest quality and craftsmanship. This position will require an individual with strong customer service skills. Our boutique requires someone who has attention to details along with extraordinary communication skills.

  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Scan all patient records daily and prepare all patient files for the next day
  • Keep reception and optical area tidy and presentable
  • Process and understand vision and health plans
  • Obtain and document information from the insurance company as needed
  • Work with customers to assess and educate them on their eyewear needs
  • Go the extra mile to create personal and unique experiences for each customer
  • Required Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Optical receptionist/retail experience a plus
