Job description
We are growing fast and are expanding our team. We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to manage digital marketing and communications at ESHYFT. This is an exciting opportunity to build your own marketing team and create an impact on a high-growth, early stage product. You will need to work closely with multiple stakeholders to develop and oversee our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to create and execute marketing strategies that align with our brand’s mission and goals
- Planning and controlling the marketing budget and its spend across channels
- Implementing a data-based approach to measure marketing performance
- Manage our digital marketing initiatives, including social ad, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.
- Create and scale marketing campaigns to promote user acquisition and engagement
- Manage user acquisition funnel, expanding and improving current efforts
- Own every part of the user journey, creating opportunities to delight and engage our users at every step
- Understand our user and audience, strive to create digital experiences that are compelling and meaningful for them
- Provide marketing support and materials to our sales teams
Qualifications:
- 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a start-up
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, and google analytics
- Excellent communicator, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good sense of aesthetics and brand storytelling
- Strong communicator, ability to effectively communicate with sales, product, and users
- A proven track record of building successful marketing campaigns
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of data analytics

- Experience in the healthcare industry

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
