You are empathetic and composed, setting the pace and energy for all customers. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and treat each customer like they are your last. Competitive salary, weekly pay Earn a bonus, paid monthly Eligible for medical/dental/vision benefits Paid time off 401K program with matching Exciting and innovative work environment Lead and manage a best-in-class team Paid Sick Leave available in accordance with state/local ordinances Employee Assistance Program Leadership Development Program Job Description: The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Retail Management to: Foster a store environment that delivers renowned and authentic service that creates an inspired customer experience Support an environment of teamwork, trust and collaboration with peers and customers Stay current with market competition, industry, fashion trends and customer shopping behaviors Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with customers Evaluate performance of all team members and provide consistent coaching where service and selling are top priorities Coaching all associates in the location on sales behaviors, promotions, and operational processes Cascade and train information to the broader team Create and modify action plans for the continuous development of staff Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team (both oral and written), Maneuver sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements Manage the back of house inventory team and all BOH processes and procedures Conduct daily and weekly asset cycle counts and reconcile all variances weekly Create action plans as needed to reduce any shrink in the location Accountable for locations cash handling including overages/shortages Ensure cash handling processes are completed Responsible to ensure labor spend is within the issued PND provided labor budgets Manage locations timecards, lunch compliance and associate availabilities Accountable for Alarming/Disarming building; including responding to alarm calls off hours Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university preferred 2-4 years of experience in big box or specialty retailer 1-2 years of experience leading a team of associates 1-2 years of inventory or visual merchandising experience Fashion industry or retail experience strongly preferred Work nights, weekend, and holidays Video interview within 24 hours of screening Background & MVR check Qualifications: 2-5 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail service environment preferable Previous success working in a high visibility/Flagship retail location is strongly preferred Previous retail management in one or more retail disciplines including sales management, merchandising, operations, inventory/asset protection and/or customer service Retail, mall, or outlet center experience a plus Possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace Experience using retail systems (i.e. labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting, etc.) Experience in coaching and giving timely and relevant feedback to Managers and Sales Associates Ability to understand the meaning and implications of KPIs and ability to use business analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic opportunities Demonstrate ethical and professional standards in a business environment Demonstrate good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem solve Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills including a proven ability to write in a clear and grammatically correct manner Able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills Positive “Solve for Yes” attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
