ABOUT THE JOB The Regional Manager will lead a team of Merchandisers and Installers who will visit local retailers to complete assigned projects as they are assigned. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with the 2020 field team and Shared Services management. The Regional Manager role is critical to the overall success of the program as they provide coaching and mentorship across many levels within the organization. Regional Managers are sometimes asked to travel to assigned markets on a regular basis and effectively implement operational strategies to enhance overall field performance. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? Competitive pay, paid weekly Bonus paid quarterly based on set objectives Next day pay on-demand with DailyPay Paid mileage when visiting stores $30 Mobile Reimbursement Paid training & continued education Eligible for medical, dental, vision benefits Eligible for 401k with company matching Employee Assistance Program Job Description: Manage, motivate, direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet and/or exceed sales and project goals Personally accountable for team members and all documentation pertaining to team productivity Responsible to accurately track sales, events and merchandising projects Successfully develop and build territory relationships through networking Effectively provide daily direction, training, and guidance while ensuring retention of the team Successfully determine staffing requirements in accordance with client and company directives Ensure proper training of sales techniques, products, policies, etc. Administer and document all counselling's and terminations accurately and in a timely manner while following established procedures Contribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as needed Travel to locations regularly throughout the territory Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures Attend meetings and conference calls as required in and out of region as needed Assist in temporarily overseeing retail locations as business needs dictate Dress and act professionally at all times Perform all other duties as assigned Performance Measurements: Ensure team meets established weekly/monthly projects goals/quotas Customer/client satisfaction based on the territory's rejection percentages and substantiated complaints Maintain proper head-count across regions Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred 3-5 years retail and sales management experience required Superior leadership abilities with effective, professional communication and presentation skills Proven ability to show good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem solve Capable to work autonomously with excellent time management skills Must be able to travel 50% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours Ability to manage by P&L standards across the entire business unit Reliable transportation and proof of insurance What You Can Expect From 2020 Companies We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
