Job Type: Regular Work Location: Market - SAMFSM - GA - Atlanta South (MT) Overview: 2020 Companies has partnered with Samsung Electronics America to hire tech-savvy Field Sales Representatives. This full-time role will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing retail success. With minimal management oversight, this role will build brand awareness and advocacy with both retail sales personnel and consumers. Through training and consumer facing activities, the Field Sales Representative will be accountable for driving product awareness, sales, and improving the consumer journey within the assigned territory. Day-in-the-Life as a Samsung Field Sales Representative Typically work Tuesday-Saturday but schedule will change based on needs of business Flexibility needed to work weekdays and weekends to accommodate retail partnerships as needed Travel within assigned territory to physically visit various retailers. Utilize sales reporting and other analytics to identify and prioritize high-opportunity store locations based on Samsung performance Build partnerships and trust with key stakeholders Through one-to-one and group meetings ensure all retailer sales personnel are highly knowledgeable on the unique selling points of Samsung devices and are actively recommending Samsung devices to consumers Ensure Samsung’s retail brand standards are maintained by regularly inspecting all Samsung branded displays and marketing materials Conduct meetings with store management or district managers within assigned territory Ensure any needs of the store are escalated back to Field Operations or National Manager Operate/View a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time Movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive job stress, fatigue, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress What’s in it for you? Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly Up to $27.00 per hour depending on experience and geographic market location Bonus paid quarterly based on set objectives Paid travel and mileage when physically visiting stores Next day pay on-demand with DailyPay Eligible for medical, dental, vision benefits Eligible for 401k with company matching Paid time off Paid training completed virtually on personal computer Eligible for $30 cell phone/internet reimbursement Scholarship opportunities Employee Assistance Program Driving Sales Enhance the Samsung brand experience for consumers Be the in-store resource to answer questions, discuss product features and provide hands-on demonstrations Identify training gaps within territory of retailers and assign time to facilitate one on one and group training for Sales Associates Primary focus on in-store visits and training to ensure all retailer sales personnel are highly knowledgeable on the unique selling points of Samsung devices Conduct smaller scale consumer engagement events in store focusing on top revenue locations Merchandising Ensure Samsung's retail brand standards are maintained by inspecting branded displays and marketing materials Conduct survey of in-store branded fixtures and displays and record findings in Salesforce Confirm display devices are clean, functional, and available for customers to use Partner with store leaders on solutions for pricing or merchandising issues Executes merchandising changes and resets including placement or removal of devices, marketing material and POP Utilize provided Samsung tool kit to facilitate merchandising adjustments and log corrected issues Market Intelligence Provide insight into marketplace trends of territory retailers Collect consumer insights weekly and report in Salesforce Gather intelligence from stores that are exceeding sales performance with goal of scaling best practices Inquire and validate retail data on competitor pricing, incentives, promotions, and customer preference or sentiment Job Description: Drive sales productivity through high quality, end-to-end direct sales Deliver and communicate key promotional and product launch materials Schedule and participate in direct sales and demonstration events Create consumer awareness and product brand preference at the retail store level though training, assisted sales and merchandising Build and maintain brand presence through increased shelf space and product placement Effectively assess and communicate on-site needs such as marketing material and promotional collateral, etc. Educate customers and retail associates and make product recommendations Effectively train retail associates to conduct quality sales presentations and customer demonstrations Build effective professional relationships on behalf of 2020 and client at both the store and customer level Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly basis Advise customers by providing information and qualify on products and services Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities and best practices Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to program management and/or Retail Operations as appropriate Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately Performance Measurements: Visit one or multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis based on route and territory Effectively demonstrate an on-going ability to establish, maintain and influence business relationships through increased shelf space, product placement and consistent productivity Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each location visit Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred; minimum 2-years of higher-education required 3 year’s previous territory sales experience within Retail with a strong emphasis in the areas of product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising and display assembly.
