Description
Develop and execute comprehensive retail communication plans that align with Samsung's overall marketing strategy
Manage and oversee all aspects of retail marketing communications, including print, digital, and social media
Create compelling and engaging content that resonates with retail partners and consumers
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Analyze data from various sources, including PowerBI and Salesforce, to track the performance of retail marketing campaigns
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership to inform decision-making
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key industry influencers
Establish open and transparent communication channels with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product development teams.
Ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Performance Measurements :
Successfully execute 100% of planned retail communication campaigns on time and within budget
Utilize analytics tools to collect and analyze data from various sources, including PowerBI and Salesforce - to track campaign performance against established KPIs delivering ROI
Build and launch update cadences to Samsung leadership on campaign progress, performance metrics, and critical insights
Meet or exceed Program sales goals, included but not limited to Channel Revenue and Uni Sell-thru
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5 years of experience in retail marketing communications
Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail communication campaigns
Strong understanding of the retail landscape and consumer trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, and Salesforce
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for technology and retail
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, retail team environment
