Position Overview
This position is responsible for planning and coordinating with the administration of the Follett ACCESS course materials operations with the campus-wide Follett ACCESS program, including supervising team member activities. Oversees collection, edits, and textbook orders to ensure accurate and timely availability of textbooks and digital resources. Proactively partners with the Follett ACCESS Operations & Implementation Team. Interfaces regularly with faculty for ongoing training of Follett ACCESS requirements and timely collection of adoptions. Partners with publishers to handle issues related to adoptions and selection. Ensures all course materials are available and ready for students on the targeted date and executes a hassle-free customer experience. Accomplishes financial and marketing objectives through effective program implementation, timely and accurate billing and collection of accounts, and meeting sales and profit targets. Works independently to effectively execute company programs and initiatives.
