As a leader in one of the world's most recognized brands, you'll ensure excellent service, serve amazing food, maintain operational standards, and contribute to the success of your team and restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Guide, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve their best.
• Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with Golden Krust Ownerships' standards.
• Customer Service: Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and a memorable dining experience.
• Training & Development: Train and develop team members to uphold Golden Krust's quality and service standards.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for customer service and team development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or business management are a plus.
• Reliable & Dependable transportation
• NYC Food Handling Certificate a MUST
