You're excited about this role because you will:
Set competitive goals for yourself and your team to achieve month over month success; create and implement strategies to encourage and expose members to the Fitness offerings that will best support them in achieving their Fitness goals.
Build a high-performing team, while building a pipeline for new trainers to fill in future openings and create an environment that fosters the conditions for success. Engage and inspire your team to achieve revenue targets for Fitness & labor, and support the front desk team.
Communicate, lead by example, and motivate the team to provide an exceptional membership experience with a passion for helping others. As a subject matter expert, you will support all team members in providing total Fitness solutions, including providing Fitness consultations and conducting personal training sessions when needed.
You'll spend your days:
Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding skilled Fitness professionals to set your team up for success. You'll cultivate Fitness team members' skills through continuous assessment, feedback and coaching via session/class observation. You'll also deliver regular training to ensure your team provides exceptional service in a member-centric environment.
Generating new personal training business by building relationships with new and existing members and guests, sharing and educating others on the benefits of our service offerings, and collaborating with your team to develop and grow the club's Fitness business.
Scheduling group fitness classes, managing class substitutions, and ensuring that members' needs are met. You're responsible for hitting specific metrics around achieving budget and managing time and labor for all Fitness team members.

Have knowledge and experience in technique and program design for both personal training and group Fitness. Your positive and productive leadership includes motivating, coaching, and communicating well with diverse groups.
Recognize and celebrate exceptional performance and the excellent results our members will achieve by coaching and developing your team of personal trainers and coaches. You'll collaborate and problem solve with your team to help remove obstacles and ensure that we exceed our existing and new members' expectations.
Bring with you 2 years of progressive retail or Fitness leadership experience and a commitment to helping others achieve their Fitness and wellness goals. You have a National Certification from an accredited body.*
Availability
Full-time, with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays to best serve our member community.
