Assignment Summary
This is a project based temporary assignment for a current internal 24 Hour Fitness Team Member in good standing with the organization. The assignment will be supporting a short-term pilot in the Miami, Florida market and be focused on the member experience inclusive of Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvement. The internal talent will operate as an Operations Lead for the duration of the assignment.
This is a project based temporary assignment for a current internal 24 Hour Fitness Team Member in good standing with the organization. The assignment will be supporting a short-term pilot in the Miami, Florida market and be focused on the member experience inclusive of Net Promoter Score (NPS) improvement. The internal talent will operate as an Operations Lead for the duration of the assignment.
The temporary assignment will pay a rate of $16.37 per hour worked during the assignment and will have an anticipated time frame of up to 90 days starting on or around June 26th. The company reserves the right to change the terms of the assignment and modify or end the assignment at any time. All company policies continue to apply to Team Members while taking on this additional opportunity.
ASSIGNMENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Partners with local Facilities Technician to ensures that the facility is well equipped and provides a clean and safe environment for both members and employees. This will include ensuring all equipment maintenance and repair needs are entered into service channel and equipment is progressing and getting operational in a timely manner.
Assigns work in a given shift to a team of club attendants and sales and service advisors in partnership with the General Manager.
Participate and validate daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning activities to ensure the cleaning expectations are executed at all times.
Alongside the General Manager, ensures that Club Attendants and Sales and Service Team Members execute operational basics including supporting in scheduling, dress code compliance, time clock and Team Member punch review.
Acts as a Manager on Duty to direct the operations of a given shift.
Monitors NPS scores, comments, and focus areas daily and takes action to make improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EDUCATION AND ABILITIES
Familiarity with SMG 360, Power BI and Net Promoter Score required.
2 years of customer service experience required.
Experience as a 24 Hour Fitness Sales and Service Expert, Sales and Service Associate or Club Attendant required.
Experience supervising and directing work of Team Members in a given shift strongly preferred.
Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions/Travel
Must be able to communicate via phone and/or email
Ability to sit and or stand for up to 8 hours daily
Written and spoken English skills required
