Sales and Service Overnight Associate/Cleaning attendant 11pm-5am
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, jewelry sales, or technology sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Bilingual skills (English and [Other Language]) is a plus
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
- Knowledge of electronics and technology products is desirable
- Ability to effectively communicate product information to customers
- Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
