Our client is a leading American multinational toy manufacturing and entertainment company! They are seeking a professional individual to touch on all aspects of HR: performance management, recognition, engagement, employee relations, benefits, and culture.
Some responsibilities may include:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all non-exempt employee relations concerns, investigations, and employee discipline; provide effective solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to conduct employee relations investigations in a timely manner; review and collect fact findings for appropriate resolution.
• Provide guidance to business leaders on conflict resolution, corrective action, disciplinary documentation, and coaching conversations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives across the DC (e.g., team building, fun events, holiday calendar, etc.); empower company culture from within.
• Assist employees with questions pertaining to benefits, leave administration, accommodations, and compensation; partner with appropriate departments as needed.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in an HR Generalist role.
• 2 years of experience with managing employee investigations and conflict resolution.
