With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams
Work Location - Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Other Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business for own territory
Actively manage all accounts and opportunities on SFDC
Be available for conferences & exhibitions where applicable, during weekends & afterhours when required
Maintain and grow current business by establishing excellent relationships with and support to customers
Build relationships with clients including KOL's, hospital personnel, theatre staff, pharmacy manager, stock controllers & procurement.
Assist when and where required at organized exhibitions and meetings to promote MDS products through demonstrating the clinical features and benefits of product ranges
Conduct in service training and product demonstrations to promote the correct use of MDS products in territory
Provide competitive information such as tenders, pricing data, or bundling arrangements in order to establish pricing structures for assigned products.
Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Manages forecasting of both MDS capital & consumables stock for the designated territory to minimize out of stock & write off risk
Submission of planners and reports as requested by Market Development Manager
Contribute to the positive integrity of the team at all times.
About You:
Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology; Medical Science or Biomedical Technology or Nursing is required
3 to 5 years minimum experience in the Medical Device sector with a proven track record in leading various aspects with healthcare business.
Strong commercial acumen combined with the commitment and focus to deliver against targets
Understanding the clinical background, theatre competencies and key concepts of Peripheral Vascular would be an advantage
Outstanding team and development skills
Great understanding of hospital systems & protocols

Highly developed interpersonal skills. Phenomenal relationship builder
