What are the responsibilities and job description for the A/R A/P Associate position at 2TouchPOS?
We are looking for an experience financial associate to deliver accurate data-based information on our company’s profitability, stability, solvency, and liquidity. Research and financial information analysis are required to keep
the company well-informed the company is well informed in decision-making. You must formulate reports and monitor financial movements across the board.
Key Activities
- Provides recommendations and creative solutions/alternatives to reduce costs and improve finances.
- Maintain bookkeeping databases, and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
- Communicate with clients to request payments and arrange payment plans
- Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
- Update client accounts
- Reviews and summarizes data along with sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
- While consolidating, assembling, and analyzing financial data company goals must be considered
- Reviews sub-merchant files, maintains records, and sales
- Practical knowledge of NACHA rules
- Manage electronic payment transactions
- Adequately monitor, oversee, and balance files daily without error or overdraft
Requirements
- Proof of working experience as a Financial Analyst
- BS in Finance or Economics
- Must have experience in spreadsheets, MS Office, and financial software applications
- Excellent reporting, presentation, and communication skills
- Team-oriented
- Informed in current tax laws, money marketing, information analysis, and financial forecasting and diagnosis
Logistics
- 35-40 hours a week
- Maintain communication with team members
