We specialize in Epicor ERP, network architecture, managed cloud services business analytics and cyber defense.
Our growth has created the need to add a Sales Coordinator to our sales team. In this role, You will be responsible for daily support functions essential to sales force productivity. These include lead processing and assignment, quote support, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, various system use (Dynamics CRM/Connectwise/Quoting system) and client interactions. The Sales Coordinator reports to the Sales Director and will work in collaboration with other department stakeholders and company leadership.
Main Accountabilities
- Ensure sales efficiency
- Coordinate with clients
- Own and manage the ‘bridge’ process between order taken and Project Management Kick off.
- Assisting with the quoting/scoping process.
- Quality control for client and prospect information.
- Assigning inbound leads to the appropriate salesperson.
- Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to design and deliver new sales tools
- Work with clients not assigned to a successful manager.
- Be active in the super-user CRM, ConnectWise, Sell, quoting tool and other sales support systems.
- Manage and maintain customer data and account assignments in the ConnectWise system
- Own the client referral program.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Experience working with various systems like CRM and other business software.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively to all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- It would also be great if you had an understanding of ERP, networking technologies and the manufacturing process but if you rock we can work around that.
