Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of the luxury transportation industry. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored transportation solutions.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate information on services, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of client bookings, including scheduling, vehicle allocation, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, key metrics, and market insights.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably within the transportation or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and overcome objections.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
