3030 Autosport manufactures forged aluminum performance wheels for the Drag Racing, Muscle Car, Truck and Sportscar markets.
Our product is high quality and very dependent on finish quality. The ideal candidate will have metal polishing and buffing experience. Metal finishing and polishing is a dirty job and you will get dirty doing this job. Safety equipment is provided. Attention to detail and quality is crucial.
Description:
- Using high power buffing machines and various abrasives, polish aluminum rims from raw metal to a mirror finish.
- Repair or enhance previously polished components.
- Produce a brushed finish on aluminum, utilizing various abrasives.
- Clean finished part. Inspect prior to moving to next department.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Practice safe work habits.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 70 Lbs.
- Must be able to read manufacturing orders identifying parts to be polished.
- Basic mechanical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
