We are looking for a receptionist/secretary to serve as our customers’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their vehicle purchase. Responsibilities include entering the customers' credit application, posting on our Facebook, contacting customers that want information, etc. If you have a knack for customer service and are looking for and wanting to, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will assist our customers with their vehicle purchase and make their experience here a pleasant and memorable one.
Responsibilities
- Perform all data entry for our customers
- Manage online and phone contacts
- Schedule customers' appointments
- Welcome customers upon their arrival
- Provide information about about vehicles and warranties
- Maintain updated records and files
Skills
- Work experience in a sales environment preferred but not necessary
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $500.00 - $900.00 per week
