We are currently seeking a Head Teller in our Windsor Locks Branch . In this position you will be responsible for supervising the teller line, ensuring excellent member service and managing daily operations within the branch. you will handle questions and assists with member inquiries in resolving account or service related problems and requests. .
Duties:
- Supervise and support Frontline staff in processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide guidance and training to tellers on cash handling procedures
- Monitor vault cash levels and ATM balances
- Resolve member inquiries and issues promptly
- Promote financial products and services to members
- Conduct end-of-day balancing procedures
- Assist with operational tasks such as opening and closing procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience in a banking/Credit Union environment with a focus on cash handling and customer service
- Proficiency in math and attention to detail
- Knowledge of debits, credits, and cash management
- Familiarity with fraud prevention and detection techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in sales or upselling financial services is a plus
