Role Overview:
The JA Account Manager is a member of the local 3DE implementation team responsible for business partner integration. Within this role, you will work collaboratively with other members of the team and business partners to bring learning to life for students. Using a solutions-minded approach, you will be responsible for recruiting, preparing, and managing the business partner experience using designated systems and processes to integrate 3DE as a comprehensive four-year learning experience. Your work will be pivotal in bringing valuable experiences to students both in the classroom and off-site as part of capstone events where students have an opportunity to showcase their skills. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with excellent organization, communication, and relationship skills; has a passion for education, and is committed to building community support in the transformative learning experiences at 3DE schools.
Requirements:
- Must be a highly motivated, organized, flexible, solution-oriented self-starter.
- Strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively use technology for data tracking, management, and communication.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of people.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team.
- Must be a problem-solver, finding effective solutions and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
