3DXTECH is a fast-growing technology company focused on delivering 3D printing solutions for its customers. These include high temperature / high performance industrial 3D printers, advanced / specialty materials that enable functionality for a range of 3D printers, and 3D print services to support applications in a large cross section of technology-based industries.
3DXTECH is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist with a talent in digital marketing and content creation. As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the efforts of the growing Marketing Team to carry out various digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, etc…) and help enhance our content catalog with marketing videos, photos, and blog posts. This role will report to the Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in the brand’s continued growth. The right candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Tasks & Responsibilities
· Responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with the tactical and administrative day-to-day management of marketing projects across Email, Social, Events, and Web.
· Collaborate with Marketing Manager to create a marketing calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content that aligns with marketing campaigns, website, blogs, social media, and other industry trends.
· Help grow content library with product photos, videos, blogs, customer success stories and more.
· Take ownership of the company’s social media channels with the goal of engaging users, generating leads, and facilitating community growth.
· Analyze customer behavior to tailor online experiences that boost engagement, conversion rates, and average order values.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize email marketing and social media strategies with a focus on lead generation and sales conversions.
· Design and oversee online promotional campaigns for new product launches, special sales events, and marketing updates.
· Monitor ROI and prepare regular reports for management, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
· Manage the customer experience by responding to poor reviews and complaints, as well as developing messaging that elevates the customer experience and reinforces the company’s brand.
Requirements
· 1-3 years of relevant working experience in marketing and/or content creation.
· Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
· Strong knowledge of Social Media campaigns and best practices.
· Experience with email marketing platforms.
· Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Merchant Center, Search Console, etc…
· Passion for eCommerce and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field
· Strong project management skills and self-motivated with a diligent work ethic and keen attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Adept computer skills including proficiency with MS Office and experience working with a CRM
· Huge Plus:
o Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, etc.)
o Video editing experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
