3DXTECH is looking for a detail-oriented sales specialist, passionate about technology, to help continue building strong relationships with our customers, many of whom are the most well-known and innovative companies in science and technology.
Our Sales Development Representative will have the opportunity to succeed in a digital and technology-enabled sales process, working with such customers to bring them our entire range of high-performance 3D printing materials and 3D printer technology.
Job responsibilities include:
- Work with consulting agencies and internal stakeholders to drive on-target sales messaging and activity cadences.
- Work with internal materials and plastic experts that are changing how high-performance products are built to reflect to our customers the knowledge they are seeking.
- Engage in a technology-driven sales process leveraging industry-leading tools including sales enabling software and CRM.
- Successfully manage and handle digitally engaged leads driven both from paid media and from connections within a well-established database.
- Grow sales pipeline by consistent, professional, tech-savvy follow-through.
- Manage hand-offs and organizational follow-through to make sure customer needs are being quickly and effectively met.

To be successful in this role, you will need to will be equipped with:
- Detail-oriented sales follow-through skills.
- Sales and digital lead handling experience including demonstrated management and follow-through with a sales lead pipeline.
- A desire to grow sales excellence by meeting our customer’s needs.
- Strong personable, professional communication skills both written and on calls.
- Digital savvy with experience working with sales technology.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Collaborative working style with a focus on building internal relationships with product experts.
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to articulate insights and ideas.
Travel Requirements: Occasional trade show and customer visits may be required
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
