What we do

We partner with big 3 consulting firms to design, develop, and maintain complex, heterogeneous, and client facing web-based automation systems that deliver social and welfare benefits to millions of families, nationwide. To develop such highly complex web applications we need professionals with broad range of experience and skills ranging from subject matter experts, computer programmers, project managers, tester, systems analysts and others. We invest in training our employees and retool their expertise to meet our project needs.

Job Title: Trainer and Site Support

Location: franklin, TN

Duration: 8 Months

Responsibilities:

• Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements.
• Produce training schedules and classroom agenda.
• Determine course content according to objectives.
• Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually System training delivery, virtual training delivery, in-person training delivery, site support.
• The professional who assumes this role will deliver training for a new system Tennessee caseworkers will use to process applications for SNAP and TANF.
• You will watch demos and ask questions to understand and become expert in the system's functionality and how your learners will use it.
• You will deliver training both virtually and in-person over a 4-week period.
• In between each of the system's go lives, you will serve as front-line support to staff using the new system before transitioning back into your training role.
• We are looking for prior experience with SNAP and TANF and ideally experience with Integrated Eligibility systems.

Technical Environment

• AWS Cloud J2E/ Oracle / JBoss Service Now.
• Portal Adobe for notices SSIS for ETL Tableau for Reporting.
