4over is growing! We are currently seeking experienced Print Inside Sales Representatives with a knack for growing and developing enterprise level accounts.
What you'll be doing as an Inside Sales Representative:
As an integral part of the sales team, the Inside Sales Representative, will interact, manage and expand at multiple levels with high value accounts. The role is responsible for developing relationships with existing accounts in an effort to grow them to be Enterprise-level accounts (Enterprise Customers at 4over include 2 groups: Large franchises and Named Accounts), manage new business opportunities, maintain and grow mid-tier account base. This role aims to blend simplicity of ecommerce, strategically upsell and cross-sell. For an extensive list of duties and responsibilities please refer to the attached job description.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, or similar. This is a remote position.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year Inside Sales experience
- General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop and grow strong relationships with customers
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner
- Highly organized and disciplined multi-tasker, with proven time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of typical business intelligent tools (HubSpot, Tableau, Google suite)
- Other duties as assigned
